That page tells, how this thing works. We get extra packs for only 1 week of 2.

That cooldown / alternating reward is pretty cheese. So only groups who can join the xGNW can get 3 extra packages every week.

They definitely need to precise the description here.

Two extra elite packs every week would be way easier xD
