Because Shisui and Kushina is kind expensive too, can I get Sakura Cloak and then having Anbu Itachi, then use Anbu Tactics on Lightning main to ultilize him ? then working on the 4th ninja later
Scrap Sakura, you don't need it, Iruka would be an overall better option but I'd hold off for now.
Save up forever until you have enough for Shisui, if you're determined on staying Lightning main then that's probably one of the best Ninja you can pick up that doesn't require anything else to work.
Anbu Itachi & Kakashi are neat ninja & you can definitely utilize them but I'd remain focused on getting Shisui, he's better & those ninja work better with Shisui.
You should be pulling exclusively from the GNW Treasure for Kushimaru, Jinpachi & Sasori. -
