• Yap read through that, we figured most of it out but erm not conclusive on the cooldowns, no idea how it's applied.

  No idea why it says effective for two weeks, is that referring to lasting of the Phase or the cooldown ?

  Not sure if it's implying it can be used 1 time every 2 week. which is our only best guess.
