is there any way to lower your exp ? bcuz i am doing level freezing and i want to take the rewards of daily practice but the exp is too much if i took the rewards i will level up fast. how can i lower my exp

i am lvl 80 now with 60k power, if i became lvl 100 i wont can do fighting matsuri bcuz ppl with lvl 100 has 120k power , i am now fight ppl with 30k power in fighting matsuri
