Only his standard attack description is correct. I reported the problem in "bug hunting contest" on the day of 5.0 release yet nothing has been done about it...

Dilbo, 3* Guy's passive works, or at least worked in 4.0. 4* Guy's Guidance has the same effect (+combo rate and attack).
