  • In my personal experience spending outside rebate is better

    That happened to me in rank 5 when I spent in rebate. The rank upgraded only 5 steps left

    But this rank upgraded at 70/100 (30*8=240) and the rebate gives 200 so it's better


    It's only my personal experience :)

The reason to wait for the rebate is the rewards, esp. all of the extra threads you get. Which makes a big difference at the advanced levels. Your odds don't really change inside or outside of the rebate event.
