Personally I focus on my pos 1 tool and will keep that way until it's 17/17/17 (13/17/15 atm), meanwhile other tools are lvl 5-6. Honestly it depends on what team are you using. If you don't rely on fast pos 2 in round 1, you could keep investing in pos 1 tool (focus on crit/injury spots first).
