false. once broken through, said buffs are permanent. effects that remove buffs such as han or masked man only remove buffs that last for a certain number of rounds, such as root of warrior, or the element buffs each of the mains can do, etc.

note that this also means that scaling buffs such minato or roshi cannot be removed either

interesting. i havent really tested it and im scared to buy tobirama / hashirama frags to breakthrough (so im not sure if it's worth it).

i wonder what the other's thoughts are? or anyone from moderators know the answer to this so that it's official?

im still confused on how to interpret what they mean by "permanent"

if it is permanent, like Sakura Sailor buff, then i guess it can't be removed

but if they mean permanent for the rest of the fight (im interpreting this as a "i last 10 rounds"kind of buff), then isnt that time-based and therefore can be removed just like other time-based buffs e.g iruka buff and shields, edo hiruzen buff, etc.
