So, i played arena ranked against wind main shark kisame minato jonin and tsunade 5th hokage.
my question is why i can not use any mystery skill while my enemy doing his chase combo and at the end his shark absorb my chakra (yeah he absorb chakra but at the end of the chases ffs....)

so when i am using madara 5 kage and i start chase combo where i absorb 40 chakra at all, my enemy also can not use any mystery skill in 2nd round?
