One good thing about having itachi before Shisui tho is that Itachi can pop shields and mirrors and pop mystery dodges so your shisui can follow it up with chaos
Shisui's mystery removes shields and buffs just like itachi so no need for using itachi's mystery first. However, if you're fighting with an opponent that has a reflect debuff, then using itachi's mystery first would be fine to trigger the reflect to allow shisui to chaos.
