ription of Problem-According to season rewards of arena, I should've received 32 random ninja frags,17 random strong ninja frags, 25 seal scroll frags for the rank anbu. However I've received rewards of ninja academy student only.Please fix it asap. Screenshots: Two images showing the error have been enclosed.
OS: Windows 10 Home edition
Computer time zone: IST ie GMT+5:30

As stated in the first screenshot and in the mail you have received, you need to reach the rank Six Paths Sennin at least once to be able to receive the rank rewards for that season otherwise you will only be receiving the basic rewards which is the ninja student one.
Oh.... the grammatical syntax of the mail is quite misleading.Thanks for your help mr moderator.You can close this thread if you want, I got my answer
