With these ninjas I would go for Shisui and then I would grab Anbu Itachi for semi blitz team (Iruka, Shisui, Anbu Itachi FM/LM). But don't spend into wheel this week if you really want Shisui, there's a high chance you'll get disappointed :)

as someone who owns both I'd suggest you get Shisui because the dirty secret about Angel Konan is that she's only good if you have several other expensive akatsuki units while Shisui is very versatile

They removed Shisui from his redeem events (Lucky board and Treasure of Sage). This should answer your question.

You can keep using Shisui's mystery like Warrior Killing Intent as long as he kills a unit.

or you can do it with Lighting main. it's up to you, depends on your sage bracket.

I'd prefer fire, since there are too many immunity removal.

Even sealing jutsu is deadly. It's like a free Masked Man's ability, as long as you're faster.
