Ninjas have tiers of value. The tiers are more or less multiples of 5k and in events they are almost always on display with a +/- 20% value. The exceptions are very rare but may happen.

Examples: guren/ hinata cloak 5k, tsunade sannin era/kushina habanero 10k, shisui/edo roshi 15k, angel konan/madara 5th summit 20k, hokage minato/edo tobirama 25k.
