I would say Ninjutsu for the fact it help out a lot in jutsu use

I went with +Nin -Res

His Ninjutsu's used more and I've noticed it scales more, my Susasuke has about double base ninjutsu then taijutsu.

(-res because of the Nin immunity)

Can i pair him with Lightmain, Hidan DPB and Danzo. Do you think it will work?

The lineup does work but in this meta gameplay, not so much. If you had that team 1.5 years ago, you would be fine.
