well you get translated cause im to lazy to try and spell out Japanese works in English text. also keep in mind its only a vague translation with limited knowledge and playing by ear listen to what he say but from what I can hear he says some like. "I don't like doing but.." or " It's not like I like doing this" which is probably wrong but hopefully someone more Japanese or weebo(lol) with a better understanding can correct or varify.

「次誰だいよ?」→"Tsugi dareda iyo?" → "Who's next?"
at least thats what it sounds like to me
Hokage Minato
Flying Raijin Slash Passive-
悪いね。→"Warui ne." → Sorry
Standard
いくぞ!→Iku zo! → Let's go!
次誰だいよ?→ Who's Next?
**Edit**
after listening again it could be 次誰かだいよ? "Tsugi dare ka dai yo" which is the same thing. "Who's next?"
Pretty sure it's "suki darake dayo".
Basically, "You're full of openings."
I'mm 99% sure that this is the right one. I hear my Hokage Minato say something exactly like this every time he uses his standard. I'm pretty close to just asking my japanese history teacher. lol
すぎだらけだいよ。→ sugi. not suki. (Suki →すき→Like→Attraction) Sugi darake dai yo → It's all over.
It's suki. Not 好き, which is the suki everyone is familiar with, and the one that you're talking about. Instead, it's 隙, the suki that's actually used quite a lot in anime but nobody notices.
And だいよ is weird. There's だい, よ, and だよ. But I've never heard anyone say だいよ. I'm sure there is a dialect that uses it that I'm not familiar with, but I don't think Minato speaks like that, and upon listening to it some more, I'm pretty sure it's just だよ.
And yes, Hokage Minato does say the same exact thing, as long as his standard causes a combo. If it doesn't combo, he won't say it.
