So many people complaining over Jonin seriously, he was just in this week's cycle, mine is halfway to 4* and I only spent 4k coupons on fragments to originally recruit him(had already redeemed around 30 from previous events), do you people expect to gather 80 fragments of a ninja in no time without putting any coupons into it? come on, be reasonable.
