Saving week, no jonin Minato, no edo deidara...refine rebate, "This event's Refining Rebate will not provide additional Wish Credit..."???

riptions before you rant. Wish credits are under Time limited refinement not refinement rebate. -

I dont understand whats wrong with ppl here. They complain about a ninja that showed up this week of events and why he wont be there the next one. If you guys want Minato/Shisui to be on every freaking weak then spend and get em and dont wait for everything to come for free. Every god* week why no minato why no shisui when theve been in every * event so far. We close to 4staring them for free and ppl still complain about why they dont show up in events.... The events this week are good but not compared to the one we left behind and Tsunade is really good too since everyone asked for her breakthrus like she was the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ but nobody using her now that shes out...
You can tell those type of players are just wanting the free frags from the free points earned throughout the week.

EXACTLY! well im f2p so i was hardly able to collect like 40 frags spending about more than 5K cps and some free frags last lb and was waiting with another 7K to make sure i get him this time but they changed his location to "get him certinly" event to "probably get him spending 7K.... or may b not at all haha" event and many of u are like "you shold not wait to get him for free, spend cps" the hell u know people ARE spending, but unlike p2ps not everyone is able to get the amount of cps they do... there had been a lot of events lately where i was tempted to spend cps but i restrained myself and here it is, oasis doing their * * again, now when i will get shisui FINALLY after like months, they will introduce some new character again and p2ps will get them in 1 day, shisui will b no use n ill b fcked up once again... this game has started to piss me off soooo much partiality in one game X(
I don't know back in August you knew how infrequently shisui is in redeemable events but if you want to use your coupons to get a ninja, make sure you are able to finish him before the event is over within the week instead of buying portions. Buying only a small portion isn't a smart choice if the ninja is not that frequently in redeemables. If some ninjas appeared on a regular pattern (example: masked man and jonin minato back in last year appearing in lucky board and missions for months consequently), you can buy small portions because you know there is a pattern. For example: shark kisame currently does not appear in reedeemable events on a regular basis beside great tree but he isn't always there (perhaps every other times or so). I'm not going to spend all my coupons on every chance I get to see him when I could stockpile my coupons as a F2P (yes some people can have better strategies in spending coupons) and get him when he shows up or I might consider a better choice.
Of course I don't know if you started playing back in October 2017 (when he came out) until the last time he showed up (August 2018), but if you did you could have gotten him by now by the coupons saved. This also depends what else you spent on other stuff, when you know his average price, or got fooled by the RNG dream.
