It really depends on alot of factors that you have to consider first:

Where are you in power relative to your server?

If you are in the top bracket and top dog, Hiruzen may be the easy choice for you. He will help you mow down people and speed up SWB.

But seeing as you are asking to choose between the two, I would probably guess that your power isn't creme de la creme, which I would suggest 5k madara. Especially considering that he is meta still in china today. Having him has helped me to contend with people that are using Hiruzen with a 30k power advantage over me. That should tell you something.

Bottom line is: Go for 5K Madara first, second EGKakuzu / Deidara (assuming you have Jonin Minato, these are meta in china with 5kM when they get skillbreaks), third Angel Konan ......THEN Edo Hiruzen.

Also, finish Minato Bond Mystery. We had second Great Plates with Kid Kakashi, so there is no excuse now. You should be spending all your moon/sun coins to get it unlocked (I am calling them COINS....because they ARE coins. Stop with this scroll nonsense!!)

Also, side note. If you get 5k Madara, skip Kisame Fusion.
