somehow i think he meant to say monthly event shop, which isnt true bc you can only get medium thread there.
just buy them in the grocery shop or redeem them from events. it's the same deal for medium thread. The value given in moon coins from strong approaching should be fairly similar to that of the medium cloths/threads you get in total anyway.
