Do you have your cultivation up? Are your main team ninjas awakened to the max that they can?

I'm not sure what you mean by everything to 100. Group skills are VERY important so I would focus on that. It gives a big boost. Strengthening your equipment is only good till like 50 because after that, its not worth the money (unless you're 70 and maxed group skills with nothing else to do).

Did you upgrade your equipment? What about magatamas? The new battle armor can help a lot as well.
