For me, as a Group Leader .. The first thing i would do is to ask my members what should we place to take effect for next week .. And usually, they only say "it's all up to you leader" so for me, the best and most important thing to set is the Mastery that can give us more benefits, not just for fun but for essentials and necessary things but i do also consider things for my members .. Phase 1 Mastery is always Arena - Mission Mastery as it gives maximum numbers of extra missions every Sunday (2 available missions + 6 extra missions - more missions more moon scrolls) as we only have 1 slot for Phase 1 as of this moment .. For Phase 2, Decisive Bonds - Victory Treasure Mastery as it reduces the claiming time of treasures by 4 hours (more treasure more sun scrolls and moon scrolls) and for Phase 3, i placed Cross-Server Great Ninja War - Gift Pack Mastery as it gives 3 additional Elite Packs that i can distribute to my members (more packs more seals for members) ..
