That is correct. For example, if you get Sasuke [Susano'o] as your super rare in Kage Treasure, your next super rare in Kage Treasure will be Ay [Fourth Raikage].

  • no i dont mean the next super i mean the actual next rare after the super rare cause im missing darui from kage treasure and ive heard that once u pull ur super rare that the next 60 will be a regular rare u dont have yet and i wanna know if thats true?

Hi! Your next rare after the super rare will still be a random chance. There is no guarantee for a regular rare you do not have.
