I wanted to ask about that chakra transmission, the translation isn't clear for me

Each position gives a different stat (pos1= initiative; pos2= control ; pos3= atk/nin pos4= def/res) and when it's done that bonus goes to the whole team, ok got it.

But what's that "will have their own elemental attribute plus general attribute 2 transferred to bonds team" part supposed to mean?

Also, just making sure, the elements atk buffs are only applied if the ninja in that position is of that elemental damage but the resistance buffs are always on for each type of damage independent of what element type the ninja is?
