Use Yagura instead of Bee and clone Hashirama. Creates more combo and helps with survivability. Hashirama will heal your team twice each turn.

I guess you're using the Gaara / Sage Naruto combo, if you are, make sure Gaara is the target of Hashirama's Mystery on turn 2. (You can switch your gear around to make the NPC target the character you want, I think mine was targeting my 2nd highest Initiative).
