He could be a pocket Ay for 9tails. Using him + madara + edo hiruzen could give you enough chakra to blitz 9tails. Maybe paired with earth, with mystery 1 (since you can spam it every round now), shields and pose of invincibility.

Do not bother. To get my 30 combo each turn, minato hokage is 100% better.
