If the preliminaries has already passed does that mean that we can't get the packs anymore? And what of the price to impeach a leader as we have many group funds but no leader and senior to use it.

And only Leaders and Quartermasters can give packs to the members, Seniors doesn't have the power to distribute packs .. To impeach a leader, one must have at least 150 ingots to do it .. Seniors will be notified for the first 7 days and Anbus after 14 days ..

Group I am in has inactive leader & seniors...only me as quartermaster remains - does this mean its impossible to replace the leader??

If you have Quartermaster in the group then he can DISTRIBUTE the GNW packs accordingly. Seniors cannot do it, he can only apply for the GWN Registration and Other group functions.
