Nope. If the group leader has been inactive for about 14days then you can kick the leader down so the senior can take over as lead

Couldn't finish madara five kage in time got to 74 frags hopefully he's in next event cycle :( also anyone have ant idea which event tsunade will be in? Great plates?

Requirements: Players must have reached Level 45 in order to participate.
How To:
a) Players can obtain 1 Point by logging in daily and can obtain more points by completing Plot/Elite Instances.
b) By Spending 10 Ingots daily, you will also get 1 Point.
c) Remember to use the Points before the deadline of the events (which is according to the computers’ time) or it will be reset to 0.
d) Players can redeem following rewards in this event:
- Tsunade [Fifth Hokage]’s Fragments
- Guy’s Tortoise Fragments
- Treasured Tools Common Essence
- Advance Thread
- Summoning Scroll
- Mount Myoboku’s Gift

You need to put Shisui and other 3 ninjas (80-120%), then level up them up to total of Level 25.
It can be 7,6,6,6 = 25 for the lowest in term of input.
Or 8,6,6,5 = 25, but from Level 8 and 9 you will start using Purple Bells.
If you do daily ie TI wherever Moon scrolls you can get. Invest on Green and Blue slowly.
