This is exactly what the description says: "A new chance at flipping cards in Team Instances will be given to players."

HOWEVER the truth is that it only applies to the item cards, those that give nature stones.

With a description like that we assume you mean ALL cards get a new flip chance, especially since the only reason a skill like this makes any sense would be to balance out the diminished chances of drawing ninja tools due to moon scrolls taking most of the available draw options in the 5.0 update.

Please fix this.
