If you can survive 10 rounds:

Fire main, madara, asuma wb, hashirama (talents: ninjutsu urge and unparalleled, mystery summon: gamachu)

Unparalleled stacks each round, so the highest dmg you do will be in 10th round. Just remember to use your mystery after your main heals to full.
