You can get their fragments from the "Ninja" interface, then go to Ninja Collection Feature and you can get frags of ninjas using Survival Trial Points .. I'm getting Gaara fragments there everyday :))

There are restrictions to how to obtain specific ninjas. Some ninjas can be obtained by sweeping Elite Instances, some by Limited time Events, some by Coupon/ingot, and some by using currency shown below:

I know that, what i dont know is if im just blind or Kurenai, Hinata and GNW Sakura are no longer obtainable to buy via points, especially GNW Sakura, who is nowhere to be found in the collection (at least to me)

more will be added later, i wouldnt worry about those ninjas as they arent that great anyway

I noticed a few ninjas when you go to the ninja collection interface dont seem to appear even though the game takes you to one of the interface when you click to see how to obtain frags for a certain ninja. How come this happens. for example GNW Lee is meant to be obtained by going to the ninja colection interface but I only see eigth gate and normal Lee there

I won't be too worried. Imo, since the collection scrolls seems to closely follow the game storyline, there should be 2 more scrolls for Five Kages Conference and Great Ninja War. Perhaps the GNW ninjas will be on the later ones?

I suppose you just join a new server ornew to the game, which is why you haven't had the chance to collect that many Kureinai/Hinata frags yet? But really, why bother? Sweeping should still give you their frags for breakthrough or upgrade, albeit less then before (which will slow your progress, on this I empathize). And even if you just want frags for refinement, go for Kabuto, he's 2000 points a day with relative ease.

Be patient, maybe they'll add those ninja back as redeemable. Maybe.
