No way to buy fragments of basic ninjas?

Hello, in the new ninja collection you can't buy fragments for ninjas like Hinata, Kurenai or GNW Sakura. Will this be changed or is there really no way of getting their fragments except for elite instances (Hinata and Kurenai) and absolutely no way of getting GNW Sakura now?

I know that, what i dont know is if im just blind or Kurenai, Hinata and GNW Sakura are no longer obtainable to buy via points, especially GNW Sakura, who is nowhere to be found in the collection (at least to me)
