There's no telling on how much you spent already on treasures in terms of "Exact Number" .. But you can estimate it by counting your rares (the one with announcements whe you pulled it) but it is not reliable since Rare drops is not fixed at one number .. Also try to track down the days since the treasure was became available to you and you'll be able to count your free pulls ..

Super Rares for each treasure varies and depends on what treasure is that .. Jinchuriki 1 and 2 and Land of the Lightning Treasure needs 180 to 220, GNW and Kage needs 800 to 1200, Tendo Treasure needs i dunno maybe around 360 to 420 ..
