Mousing over it does not show any tooltip.

I also encountered the same problem, and didn't recieve a single thing.

This is the 10 charm packs for the sasuke's birthday anniversary reward if I am not mistaken.

It's due to applying the code after the anniversary event concluded.

The event no longer provides any rewards, thus not a bug.


It's safe to delete the mail.
