1＃ Go Toi am really confuse on refine we all the that refine increase ur initiative.. the last time i post about speed a guy reply saying the initiative is important to attack 1st and use jutsu 1st.. now i pvp my friend and i know that i have good refine than him because i saw his item.. now when we Duel his Tobi attack 1st even his tobi has 40 40 40 85 85 refine on his equip but my main has like 225 225 165 85 85 so i was confuse why his tobi attack 1st his tobi was on slot(3) and my main was on slot(6) so the guy that reply to me when i ask about speed he said the refine is important.. but here it seems that refine has no value who will use the jutsu 1st.. Now i am so confuse if i refine my item

U can drag/switch each other for getting better position.
Can you give me a good formation so that i always attack 1st? i am really pissed because last time i ask why is my ninja always slow to attack jutsu a guys said to me to refine my item.. then i focus refining my item i buy all the refine tool in the shop and all of a sudden 1 of my friend doesnt have a good refine c*e a jutsu to me 1st before i c*e my jutsu.. and then we try it again i put my main in front and again i failed to use my jutsu 1st. wtf is wrong with that This post was last edited by 110***@google at 2016-9-4 12:16 -

- If it's not position, it's really about refining. Refine runes are in the shops, I think Ranked and Group.
if its refining then why is my friend attack jutsu 1st because i know that i have good refine than him when we duel he always attack 1st even if his refine was 40 40 40 85 85 and mine is like 225 225 165 165 165 85
