Depending on your current power it might not be possible, but youtube will be your best friend at clearing ninja exam. One hint is that lightning main is the most f2p friendly to clear with since most water videos tell you to use mei, fire to use danzo and wind to use sage naruto + gaara, earth is just not recommended to even try.
