Can somebody explain why my alt rank 39 for overall power in my merged server is asked for plunder books? Not even started my 3 tries and it goes off saying I need books to plunder SS, when if I'm not mistaken top 50 in power should be able to do it free 1 time. Funny thing is there's no problem on my main...
