What is it about these % tactics exactly that people did not like? Was it the large initial gap created between Paying Players and Free/Low Players? Or was the availability of the pages to upgrade these tactics by ingots-only? Honestly don't see a difference having it or not, as Paying Players will always be far ahead of those that are not...

One last time - Missing feature from version 3.0 was cancelled until further notice. It is now up to developers to decide if it will be added.
thats kinda the point, if previous things could be canceled how do we know that these wont be canceled as well? and if they are canceled that would make telling us that they will be added a misleading statement. So until everything is added we have no way to ensure that you aren't misleading us.
So when 5.0 will it come with the added content we are missing? im not talking about 3.0 i consider that content as lost since after all this time and it has not been added i just gave up on that, im talking about exams to 220 and those lil things germany did have over us before 5.0, i read some answer prior to this asking about 3.0 and you saying its up to devs for them to decide when we get those 3.0, could you kindly remind them that we actually want all those lil updates?
We are in really close relationship with developers and we have discussions with them on daily/weekly basis. Only real missing feature that was announced and not added is 8th Gates Red Chakra Rune Shop. We had to delay this feature due to serious system problem and it took us quiet some time to fix this issue. It could drastically affect and damage our schedule and update plan (even delay version 4.0) so together with developers we've decided it would be bestt to remove it and add it back to schedule once the problem is fixed. But as I mentioned, it took some time to fix so developers decided to remove it completely and they will decide if and when it will be added back to update schedule. But we try to add Rech Chakra runes to events as much as we can.
So right now, this specific feature is considered as cancelled and we do not have any plans to add it to the game.
i have over 600k practice points, i don't need rng red chakra runes from events, i need a way to burn those points. rng runes will just be destroyed, ive already gone through over 3 dozen red runes that i had no use for and there are only 6 red runes left that i want(4 that i need to upgrade to red, 2 that i want different reds). in addition they don't give enough power to make me ever consider spending coupons let alone ingots to buy them in events, so i would rather not see them in events so more useful items can be in there places.

they turned the game into pure blitz teams. whoever attacks first wins. so with edo hiruzen now, even if you are the same power as your opponent your entire team will get 1shot in germany.
for example the #1 power person on de s1 has an edo hiruzen team right now, that hiruzen isnt fully stacked, but its stats are: 27k hp, 21k att, 13k def, 14k res, 42k nin, vs my stats with a edo hiruzen on s2 here: 33k hp, 23k att, 13k def, 14k res, 23k nin
so his nin is almost twice mine which means double damage, so the game loses all strategy, if you are faster you throw on hiruzen and you instantly kill the tankiest of teams, they don't get to fight back, they have 0 chance and the fight ends faster than it began.
outside of the strongest people on each server, % tactics kills the game for everyone

Because the % tactics don't have technical issue while the 3.0 thingy did. They've stated it so many times about the technical problem but you guys seem to completely ignored that part.
Also I've take a look again at 3.0 update preview and they did updated pretty much everything except red chakra rune in 8gates exchange. So instead of referring that to "some missing 3.0 features" to make it sound like we are missing a lot of features while we only missing 1. It's better to call it by name now to prevent misleading. I'm pretty sure a lot people here don't even know what was previewed in 3.0 but still jumped on the complain train.
because the part about the red inner gates runes is blatantly not true and if you lag a millisecond while opening the inner gates shop you see it too that they are there right now lol.

I would like to see tactic % added, but 5%? For that it would be incredible if it was easy to get for all players to enjoy the newly added feature.

It ruined the game, the % does not add up correctly in Germany. For a F2P if you thought you were having a hard time against semi spenders and * spenders, good luck with this. For Oasis to have their own version of just 5% might even be free for most people, and it's a nice addition, but 25% was too much.

Personally, a small, one week trial period with 5% tactics would be alright with me. As long as coupons are usable throughout the feature. 25%, on the other hand, sounds like a disaster.
Either way, I am very happy for 5.0. Just need to get all of the remaining fragments of certain ninjas I can from ranked.
