So, if we dont spend ranking, survival and arena points we lose them? I understood that when the other servers upgraded to 5.0 their points got converted to equivalent points in the new shops. I was wondering if this message was only to inform the clients that certain items will no longer be available or if i should start spending what ive been saving for 5.0. Thanks.

No, you do not have to worry about that. You will not lose anything. Some shops will be closed and currencies will be converted to new currencies (Sun and Moon scrolls).
