I run her sorry not a Lighting User But a Azure Fang and I'm big on playing a Support Team in Instances and Great Ninja War she starts my combos with her I have 6Hits and I got Her Mood towards Resistance cause people like to target her a lot I definitely try and keep her puppet alive by hiding her behind Main and When I revive ninjas she gives them back 3.2k Health. So My Opinion she's a Good Char just find who she combos off of Kimimaro might be a good 1.:victory:

if you going to use chiyo.... don't use that one.. use the 10 puppets and you can pull 15 combo easily.. super annoying team
