Kabuto and Sai would probably be helpful for you, since there's heal and clones. For the last member, I'd suggest a tank since besides round 1, they dont really care about how powerful your character is, just that you can do combos before they heal.

The only way to specifically attack Karin is to click on her and use mystery attacks, other than that its a whole lot of hoping that they combo on her
