Not sure why the hate the system of matsuri this event is ba
sed on level. thats why i suggest my friend to freeze level when their power is pretty low cuz being lv 100 with 60k is useless Im level 96 and my opponents are 96 93 or 100 but thats because my level is high :P
but if you want to fight low people you have to freeze level since level 60 like china
A lot of people might figure out what is level freezing after they made the mistake of leveling way too fast in relation of them increasing their power.

Exactly I have a character that is level 90 and nearly 100K BP, and I hit people with 130-150K power all the time. Even on my main, I hit guys 100K (200K BP) below me sometimes, which I can't stand. I can only give away so many wins before I'm forced to just kill them.
From my experience, not enough lower people are queuing and the system seems to put a priority for those on top in finding a match since it always goes over the 1 min mark when it says it will look for someone weaker or have a loss but it's almost instant if I match someone stronger with that search criteria (I asked how long they have waited and it wasn't that long or they had to wait pass 1 min to match).
