5 kage madara will be first released the way angel konan has, as a lucky star reedemable(not a jackpot ninja) according to the germany servers.
Even so, that won't stop the english server to continue to release new ninjas in RNG events or ingots first then redeemables just like they have done so in the past.

In that case, does anyone know what a good team with the new Madara is?
My super rare is Madara founder so i know they can't be on the same team.
I don't wanna buy the new madara if he is hard for me to make a team for.
There's a team with jonin minato since him and madara chase with each other. You also might want to get swimsuit sakura when she comes to our server since her standard summons 1-2 healing slugs rather the gnw sakura though the mystery.

No, as far as i remember, it is first released in Lucky Board and not in Lucky Stars Wheel ..
