its actually who he's usually used with that makes him OP. A lot of chinese players use the jonin minato(bond mystery) - 5 kage madara - sakura team. Since Minato scales in attack power with his chase, the removing buffs will effect you a lot less than your opponents (especially buff-dependent teams like shisui, ay, etc). Also, their chases complement each other, meaning you can lock down round 1 with madara, then in round 2 interrupt the enemy's entire team with jonin minato as well as causing acupuncture and draining 40 chakra with madara's chases. And since minato has a high chance of reducing his cooldown every round, you can potentially do ^^ every round. As long as you have the faster minato, its hard to beat this team.
