Its not implemented yet. Basically the mystery treasure is a Gacha system that changes every week and rolls individual fragments of a weekly set of character. It costs seal scrolls as well but it allows you to be more precise with your rolls (doesn't mean you'll be getting the featured rare ninja easily though).
