Events only having Two Chimes and Pile of Chimes...where are regular Bells?

Ok, so for 225 ingots in konoha gift shop i get 10 blue and 2 purple. With 225 ingots here i get 3 green bells.

Is like selling common threads at 10 times the cost of mediun threads or basic refinement runes at 10 times the cost of medium refinement runes.

Something is blatantly off, don't you think too?
