Red rune has increased stats in comparison of the lower tiers... but we are speaking of the very same stats.

Since corrosion and ice stand for different stats, it's normal that your power differs comparatively.

That said, i do not use either of them in my page.

Instead of asking which are the ones that give more power, shouldn't you ask which are best for combat?

I.e. tai and nin p3netration runes give a great power boost, but they don't work atm (it was tested by one of our mod in combat).

Why would you need power, just so you could lose against your peers due to bad stat upgrading?
