Charms rebate before you give out the rewards from the 2 forum events that give 10 charm packs Each One....... WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THOSE EVENTS THEN?

Btw I can't find their pages to confirm but I believe it was stated on one of those that rewards would go out on the 4th week of July...... STILL waiting.
