Try to finish Jonin Minato first before going to another ninja .. But if you're going for another event ninja, you may consider getting Angel Konan or Temari Swimsuit .. They both do AoE damage and good for GNW/1v1 .. Since Shisui's barrier is okay for Wind ninjas ..
