Tobi, Kimimaro, Midnight, and either Zabuza, Sasuke, Sai, or Suigetsu. Usually with the Kitty summon that makes your repulses into high floats.
Pulls off a nasty combo with a damage buffed team that is condition immune first two turns and resets their cooldowns when mysteries kill things. Since the main mysteries used each turn are powerful attack-based AOEs, they kill a lot of clones and weakened enemies. Then start the Combo of Doom. Turn 2 Tobi is in Move 1 and can initiate the Combo of Doom and you're unlikely to stop him from doing it because of his second life and jutsu dodge. Turn 3 Kimimaro is basically spamming bone forests every turn till he dies because he usually kills something with it, especially if you selected Sasuke and buffed your lightning ninjas turn 1.
With the heavy AOE damage going out turn after turn that also initiates the Combo of Doom, the enemy doesn't usually survive the onslaught. It's just too much damage coming their way. If you fail to reset cooldowns on Bone Forest, you just follow up with Chidori instead and turn off their combos while also resetting cooldowns if you kill something and initiating your Combo of Doom.
Works rather well against Fire mains since they tend to use the same tactic with their Tobi. Only your team is condition immune and not prone to their sleeps, prisons, acupunctures, and ignitions. They can't handle your relentless AOE damage and single target combos every turn. If the Fire main isn't dead from the Tobi combo turn 2 then he was just finished off by Kimimaro turn 3. If you selected Sasuke as your 4th and used his barrier turn 1, the damage is even more incredible. Sai/Suigetsu/Zabuza are swaps for needs whether those are clones, tag, or immobile.
