I hope and i wish you have screenshot of the rankings of your Wheel of Fortune, because that's one of the solid evidences that you really hit the rank 1, but go and file a ticket at Customer Support and report what happened to your account .. I'm sure they know about the ranking resets bug .. Good luck ..
